I started by providing IOP therapy for families in their homes, have worked RTC with adolesents, office therapy for adults and worked overseas and USA with military. I specialize in treating trauma and I provide a comfortable confidential environment for you to feel safe, seen, heard and understood to go deep to the root of issues, assist in empowering your strengths, teach new skills, be mindfully in the present, and to leave feeling more confident about your future.
